How we work — four steps

1. Intake meeting Introductions and scope. You present your business and main processes; we outline our approach. After an NDA, we perform an on‑site review of your organisation and IT setup to understand critical assets and workflows.
2. Proposal: We produce a concise IT‑adaptation proposal that lists critical systems, recommended technical and process changes, and a prioritized roadmap. We can include an optional penetration test (ethical hacking) to validate vulnerabilities. This phase is advisory only—you may implement changes yourself or engage us for delivery.
3. Security project (implementation): If you engage us, we provide experienced IT project management and change management to implement the recommended adaptations. We address technical fixes and the human/process elements needed to ensure sustainable change.
4. Follow‑up: After implementation we recommend annual audits and ongoing reviews to detect new risks and ensure continued compliance and resilience.
